Mikoflora Kontaminan Pada Ikan Toreh (Hyporhampus affinis) Yang dijual di Pasar Tradisional Kota Ternate Maluku Utara (In Press)

Abstract


Smoked dried fish of Hyporhamphus affinis is one type of fish food base that mostly found in Traditional market of Ternate city.  This product was commonly known as toreh fish. Main problem of this product were unsaving packaging by using a set of open bamboo that may contaminant by various microbes. The aim of this research were to inventerized mycoflora contaminant which isolated from contaminant smoked dried fish of H. affinis (17 days of open storage) and to identified those mycoflora contaminant. The study were conduct at PMIPA laboratory by using contaminant smoked dried fish of H. affinis where get from traditional market of Ternate City. Isolation and identification of the mycoflora were using microbiology procedure standart. By using Potato Dextrose media, the mycoflora were inventarized. The species of Aspergillus spp, Eurotium spp, Torula spp, Cladosporiun spp, Polypaecilium pisce and Catennlaria faliginie were found in this study.
