According to certain studies, the volume of education is just as important as the magnitude of the workout for muscle growth. Volume simply refers to how many times per week you train a muscle or muscle group, and the more you prepare a muscle, the more development potential it has. Having more power often, but not always (it's possible to be less muscular but still quite powerful) coincides with displaying larger muscles.
