Pengaruh Edukasi Gizi 1000 HPK melalui Media Booklet terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu Hamil

Pendahuluan: Periode 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kualitas tumbuh kembang anak. Stunting dan masalah gizi jangka panjang lebih mungkin terjadi pada ibu hamil dengan literasi gizi yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil di Desa Dalu Sepuluh A, Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan gizi 1000 HPK melalui media booklet.
Metodologi: Sebanyak 30 ibu hamil mengikuti penelitian dengan rancangan penelitian pre-eksperimental one group pretest-posttest design. Intervensi berupa tiga kali sesi edukasi dengan booklet dilakukan selama tiga minggu disertai monitoring melalui WhatsApp. Uji Shapiro-Wilk dan uji-t berpasangan digunakan untuk menilai data yang dikumpulkan
Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor pengetahuan dari 12,83 ± 1,859 menjadi 17,10 ± 1,398 dan skor sikap dari 6,07 ± 1,143 menjadi 7,77 ± 1,305 (p < 0,001).
Kesimpulan: Buku tentang pendidikan gizi dapat membantu sikap dan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang gizi 1000 HPK, yang juga dapat digunakan sebagai taktik promosi kesehatan berbasis masyarakat.
