Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation which are then analyzed through several stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study revealed that: (1) Mudharabah contract financing conducted by Sharia Fintech Ammana in accordance with the basic concept of <em>mudharabah</em> transactions, as stipulated in the DSN-MUI fatwa No. 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018, then the Financing <em>Musyarakah</em> contract run by Ammana Fintech Syariah is in line with the basic concept of the Musyarakah transaction as the provisions of the DSN fatwa No.117/DSN-MUI/II/2018. From the analysis of the implementation of the mudharabah and musyarakah contracts, it is very relevant to the principles of Islamic economics. (2) The concept of <em>maslahah</em> in <em>mudharabah</em> and <em>musyarakah</em> contracts in improving the community's economy, SMEs the provide a very solution. and includes elements of <em>mashlahah</em> such as guarding religion, guarding the soul, guarding reason, guarding property, and guarding offspring. Although the number of Shariah fintech is not as many as the conventional one, its presence should be taken into account. As this fintech service develops, there are also many risks and challenges faced in its practice. Therefore, the researcher is interested in raising the topic of Shariah fintech, which is associated with the maqashid al-shariah perspective. The objective of this study is to determine the development of Shariah fintech in Indonesia from its emergence to the present, to determine the role of Shariah fintech in the perspective of maqashid al-shariah, and to determine obstacles in the development of Shariah fintech. The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The researcher performed a literature study to collect data from various sources that support the researcher’s chosen topic, i.e., Shariah fintech associated with maqashid al-shariah. In general, Shariah fintech has fulfilled the principles of maqashid al-shariah. However, there are elements that need to be more strengthened. An example is the need for a governing regulation that separates Shariah fintech from conventional fintech regulation. Because many only consider profit and personal interest. KPPU itself stated that for a long time big businessmen had run unfair business by taking advantage of loopholes in power, guarantees and special access. However, the facts described above contradict what Anif did. Initial findings of researchers, Anif is not just money oriented. The impression of a businessman who acts for personal interests, does not care about the environment and society, is far from Anif's personality. For this reason, the researcher wants to examine more deeply about the concept of benefit in business practices carried out by Anif. This study uses a literature study by conducting a detailed study of H. Anif's profile book and is supported by previous studies as a secondary source. The results of the study show that Anif has succeeded in bringing benefits to the various businesses he runs. Indonesian Sharia Shares. This study uses secondary data with quantitative methods that connect the dependent variable with the independent variable using the SPSS program. The population of this study are companies in the Islamic trading and investment services sector listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The sample used as many as 11 companies with purposive sampling method obtained according to the criteria. The results of the analysis show that Return on Assets (ROA) has a significant and positive effect on stock prices in the company. Meanwhile, the Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variables have no significant effect on the company's stock price. The Covid-19 outbreak that has hit the whole world has resulted in countries implementing policies to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus by implementing a lockdown, restricting business activities, and banning long-distance travel. In 2020 sharia mutual funds sold 289 portfolios and in 2021 sharia mutual funds sold 295 lots. The development of Net Asset Value performance in sharia mutual fund products from 2015 to 2021 was 74.37%. The existence of the covid 19 virus does not affect the buying and selling transactions of Islamic mutual funds. The research method uses descriptive quantitative methods. This type of research is field research with research partners Bank Muamalat Purwokerto, KSU BMT Dana Mentari Purwokerto, and LAZISMU Banyumas Regency, while the data collection techniques are through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. This study indicates that the activities in the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) curriculum of the Islamic Economics Law Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto have been going well and have had a positive impact on students and partners. Internships for Islamic financial institutions and humanitarian projects provide students with skills and competencies regarding product selling, product knowledge, communication skills, and humanitarian volunteer. Based on the evaluation results, students who take part in these two activities can increase motivation, skills, and behaviors that can affect future career plans (work) because they are in the world of work. In connection with efforts to increase graduate competence, it is carried out by increasing soft skills, namely by comprehensively understanding the entire series of internship activities for Islamic financial institutions and humanitarian projects, especially student activities that have met partner expectations, namely being diligent, communicative, active, and having competencies that are by partner needs.</em></p> M Makhrus Safitri Mukarromah Istianah Istianah Restu Frida Utami Copyright (c) 2022 M Makhrus 2022-04-29 2022-04-29 68 80 10.24252/al-mashrafiyah.v6i1.26147 Adversity Quotient, Self Efficacy dan Lingkungan Bagi Kegiatan Kewirausahaan Mahasiswa Berbasis Teknologi <p><em>This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the simultaneous adversity quotient, self- efficacy and environment on technology-based entrepreneurial intentions (technopreneurs) in Islamic banking students at FEBI UIN Alauddin Makassar; (2) To determine the effect of partial adversity quotient, self-efficacy and environment on the intention of technology- based entrepreneurship (technopreneur) in Islamic banking students at FEBI UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research uses descriptive and explanatory research methods. Primary data was obtained from respondents through the distribution of online questionnaires to 60 students. To test the hypothesis, a structural equation model was used with the help of the AMOS 22 application.
