The Effectiveness of the Community Learning Center Program for School Dropouts on the Development of Akidah Akhlak in Morowali Regency (Case Study of PKBM Ulumul Qur'an Ungkaya Morowali)

Research with the formulation of the problem, namely the implementation of the Ulumul Quran Community Learning Center Program for School Dropouts in Morowali Regency. Case study type qualitative research, using interview guideline instruments and documentation tools to collect data on primary and secondary data sources which are processed and analyzed with the miles and Huberman model through three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of the research are described, namely non-formal education plays a very important role in developing the quality of human resources, especially in this increasingly globalized era. To improve the effectiveness of the Community Learning Activity Center (PKBM), it is highly expected that there is a good organizer both in terms of managers, learning citizens, and matters related to PKBM.

Application Of The Numbered Head Together Type In Group Learning Of PAI (Islamic Religious Education) Subjects In Class VI SDN 15 Bungku Morowali District

This study aims to describe the responses of teachers and students regarding the application of Cooperative Learning type NHT in group learning of PAI subjects in class VI SDN 15 Bungku Kab. Morowali. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were PAI teachers and grade VI students of SDN 15 Bungku Kab. Morowali. Data collection was conducted using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed the responses of teachers and students regarding the application of NHT-type Cooperative Learning in group learning of PAI subjects in Class VI SDN 15 Bungku Kab. Morowali according to the teacher the application of NHT-type active learning makes students more active. According to students, the application of NHT-type learning does not make students bored following the learning process, students are more active and have a responsibility in doing group assignments and helping each other, creating group intimacy.

The Effectiveness of Distance Learning Implementation on Islamic Religious Education Subjects for Class XII Students at SMA Negeri 1 Bahodopi Morowali Regency

This study aims to describe the advantages and obstacles of Distance Learning implementation in PAI (Islamic Religious Education) subjects for class XII students at Bahodopi Senior High School 1 Morowali Regency. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects of this research were principals, teachers, and students in class XII at Bahodopi Senior High School 1 Morowali Regency. Data collection was conducted using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the advantages and obstacles of implementing Distance Learning learning in PAI subjects for class XII students at Bahodopi Senior High School 1 Morowali Regency a) not everyone can use it well, especially ordinary people, b) making interactive E-learning / Distance Learning media takes a long time because programming is difficult, c) requires good infrastructure so it costs money, d) there are still some people who do not want to take advantage of E-learning / Distance Learning.

The Influence Of Religious Culture On The Emotional Intelligence Of Students In Public SD Negeri 15 Bungku Morowali District

The subject matter of this research is whether religious culture affects the emotional intelligence of students at Bungku Elementary School 15, Morowali Regency. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The results of the study of religious culture proved to have a positive and significant effect on the emotional intelligence of students, meaning that the higher the religious culture, the better the emotional intelligence, this is evidenced by the results of the correlation between religious culture and the emotional intelligence of students of 0.515. The value of 0.515 indicates the magnitude of the correlation coefficient is strong because it is in the range of 0.60-0.799. Religious culture is proven to affect emotional intelligence as evidenced by the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.265. This means that the religious culture variable can affect the emotional intelligence of students by 26.5% and 73.5% is influenced by other factors.
