TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP PENGUMPULAN DAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN ZAKAT DI LAMAKERA KECAMATAN SOLOR TIMUR KABUPATEN FLORES TIMUR PROPINSI NTT

Abstract

The main problem in this research is how Islamic law applies to the collection and distribution of Zakat in Lamakera, East Solor, East Flores, NTT Province. The main problem is then divided into several sub-problems and research questions, namely; 1. How is the collection and distribution of zakat in Lamakera village, East Solor District, East Flores Regency, NTT Province? 2. What are the provisions of Islamic law regarding the collection and distribution of Zakat in East Solor District, East Flores Regency, NTT Province. The type of research used in this research is field research which is descriptive analytical in nature. The sources of this research are the administrators of the Amil Zakat agency, traditional leaders, religious leaders, academic figures and the community of Lamakera, East Solor District, East Flores Regency. , the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation, then data collection and data analysis techniques were carried out through presentation data reduction, and conclusions or verification of research results from the Review of Islamic Law on the Collection and Distribution of Zakat in Lamakera, East Solor, Flortes East, NTT Province, there is injustice where even though the collection and distribution of zakat in Lamakera looks systematic, there is significant injustice in the distribution of zakat so that the implementation of the collection and distribution of zakat that occurs in Lamakera is not in accordance with what is prescribed in Islam. The implications of this research are: Maintaining one's culture is a must, but the implementation, collection and distribution of zakat must be done fairly so that there is no unrest experienced by the community and especially among the mustahik.
