HUKUM DIGITALISASI WAKAF DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN VISUALISASI HUMANITIES

Harta yang telah diwakafkan bersifat mengikat dan tidak lagi menjadi milik si pewakaf (wakif). Sementara, harta yang diwakafkan tersebut harus dipergunakan untuk kemaslahatan dan kebaikan bersama. Hal ini menjadi status wakif tidak mempunyai hak apapun secara hukum terhadap harta yang telah diwakafkan tersebut. Dan sementara itu pengelolan harta tersebut dibebankan sepenuhnya kepada nazir. Tantangan dan hambatan dalam wakaf digital mencakup masalah keamanan data, penipuan online, dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat. Mengatasi tantangan ini memerlukan kolaborasi antara penyedia platform dan regulator. Manfaat sosial dan ekonomi dari wakaf digital sangat besar. Metode Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research) dan dijadikan sebagai data primer dalam penelitian ini yaki data yang diperoleh langsung dari sumber utama yaitu buku-buku berkaitan dengan digitalisasi wakaf. Metode Pengumpulan Data yang digunakan yakni deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Hukum wakaf digitalisasi, sebagian besar ulama berpendapat hukumnya diperbolehkan. Hal ini karena dalam berwakaf, ijab qabul tidak harus selalu dilakukan secara langsung. Artinya, wakaf tetap sah, baik jika ijab dan qabul dilakukan secara langsung dengan bertatap muka antara waqif dengan nadzhir (pengelola wakaf), maupun tidak dilakukan secara langsung.. Cara berwakaf dilakukan dengan melakukan transfer sejumlah dana kepada pengelola wakaf. Setelah berwakaf, Anda akan menerima bukti tertulis dalam bentuk sertifikat wakaf yang dikeluarkan oleh lembaga wakaf.

Abstract
The property that has been waqf is binding and no longer belongs to the waqf (wakif). Meanwhile, the waqf property must be used for the benefit and common good. This is the status of the waqf does not have any legal rights to the property that has been waqfed. And meanwhile, the management of the property is fully charged to the nazir. Challenges and obstacles in digital waqf include data security issues, online fraud, and lack of public understanding. Addressing these challenges requires collaboration between platform providers and regulators. The social and economic benefits of digital waqf are enormous. This research method is Library Research and is used as primary data in this study, the data is obtained directly from the main source, namely books related to the digitization of waqf. The data collection method used is descriptive. The results of this study show that the law of digitized waqf, most scholars think that the law is allowed. This is because in waqf, ijab qabul does not always have to be done directly. This means that waqf is still valid, both if ijab and qabul are carried out directly by face-to-face between the waqif and the nadzhir (waqf manager), or not carried out directly. The way to make waqf is done by transferring a certain amount of funds to the waqf manager. After waqf, you will receive written proof in the form of a waqf certificate issued by the waqf institution.
