SENGKETA JUAL BELI: KETIKA PESANAN TIDAK SESUAI HARAPAN (STUDI KASUS JUAL BELI MELALUI E-COMMERCE DI KECAMATAN PADEMAWU PAMEKASAN)

E-Commerce merupakan suatu kontak transaksi perdagangan antara penjual dan pembeli dengan menggunakan media internet. Jadi proses pemesanan barang, pembayaran transaksi hingga pengiriman barang dikomunikasikan melalui internet. Maraknya kasus barang tidak sesuai gambar yang terjadi di E-Commerce menunjukkan lemahnya kedudukan konsumen dalam jual beli online. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskeriptif, dengan sumber data primer dan sumber sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan dalam penelitian ini dari wawancara, observaasi dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian yakni berbelanja menggunakan E-Commerce sangat memudahkan dan lebih praktis karena dapat berbelanja dimana saja, kapan saja tanpa harus pergi ke toko langsung. Selain itu, memberikan kemudahan dalam sistem pembayaran. Tetapi dari itu semua pastinya ada tantangan yang dihadapi oleh konsumen saat berbelanja di E-Commerce yakni terkadang pesanan tidak sesuai yang diharapkan atau tidak sesuai dengan gambar. Ada beberapa peran yang penting untuk dilakukan. Pertama, Peran Penjual memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa barang yang dikirim sesuai. Kedua, Peran Platform E-commerce bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan sistem yang mudah bagi pembeli untuk mengajukan komplain Ketiga, Pentingnya Dokumentasi yang harus dilakukan oleh konsumen dalam Pengguna E-commerce.

Abstract
E-Commerce is a trade transaction contact between sellers and buyers using the internet media. So the process of ordering goods, payment transactions to delivery of goods is communicated via the internet. The rise of cases of goods not according to the pictures that occur in E-Commerce shows the weak position of consumers in online buying and selling. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with primary data sources and secondary sources. The collection techniques in this research are interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study are shopping using E-Commerce is very easy and more practical because you can shop anywhere, anytime without having to go to the store directly. In addition, it provides convenience in the payment system. But of course there are challenges faced by consumers when shopping at E-Commerce, namely sometimes orders are not as expected or do not match the image. There are several important roles to play. First, the Seller Role has the responsibility to ensure that the goods sent are appropriate. Second, the Role of the E-commerce Platform is responsible for providing an easy system for buyers to complain Third, the Importance of Documentation that must be done by consumers in E-commerce Users.
