PERILAKU PEDAGANG PADA PRAKTIK JUAL BELI PASAR TRADISIONAL PERSPEKTF HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH (STUDI KASUS DI DESA PAGARBATU KECAMATAN SARONGGI KABUPATEN SUMENEP)

Penelitian ini mengkaji analisis hukum ekonomi syariah perilaku pedagang pada praktik jual beli pasar tradisional di Desa Pagarbatu Saronggi Sumenep. Transaksi jual beli merupakan salah satu kegiatan bermuamalah yang melibatkan antara kedua belah pihak, yaitu pihak pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan perekonomian masyarakat desa mayoritas berpusat pada kegiatan transaksi jual beli yang pada dasarnya terdapat pada pasar tradisional di Desa Pagarbatu Kecamatan Saronggi Kabupaten Sumenep. Hal tersebut berimplikasi pada tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pagarbatu. Hukum ekonomi syariah menjadi landasan hidup masyarakat dalam menjalankan roda perekonomian kedepannya. Dengan mengedepankan kejujuran dan saling bekerja sama merupakan salah satu prinsip yang dianjurkan oleh syariat Islam agar tidak menimbulkan pertentangan antar satu sama lain yaitu tidak berat timbang antar pembeli dan penjual.

Abstract:
This study examines the analysis of Islamic economic law on the behavior of traders in the practice of buying and selling in traditional markets in Pagarbatu Village, Saronggi, Sumenep. Buying and selling transactions are one of the muamalah activities that involve both parties, namely business actors and consumers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observations and documentation. The economic activities of village communities are mostly centered on buying and selling transaction activities which are basically found in traditional markets in Pagarbatu Village, Saronggi District, Sumenep Regency. This has implications for the level of welfare of the Pagarbatu Village community. Islamic economic law is the foundation of community life in running the wheels of the economy in the future. Prioritizing honesty and working together is one of the principles recommended by Islamic law so as not to cause conflict between each other, namely not weighing buyers and sellers.
