Implementasi Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (KHES) di Indonesia menawarkan peluang besar untuk mengembangkan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Namun, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, diperlukan upaya yang lebih sistematis dalam mengatasi berbagai tantangan yang ada. Salah satu langkah penting adalah meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya ekonomi syariah dan memberikan edukasi yang memadai tentang prinsip-prinsip syariah. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan harmonisasi antara berbagai peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan ekonomi syariah agar tercipta kepastian hukum yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Implementation of the Compilation of Sharia Economic Laws (KHES) in Indonesia offers great opportunities to develop a more inclusive and sustainable economy. However, to achieve this goal, more systematic efforts are needed to overcome the various existing challenges. One important step is to increase public awareness about the importance of sharia economics and provide adequate education about sharia principles. Apart from that, it is necessary to harmonize various regulations related to sharia economics in order to create better legal certainty.
