Abstrak
Industri batik memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam budaya dan perekonomian di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Bangkalan. Seiring dengan perkembangan industri ini, perhatian terhadap kehalalan produk menjadi semakin penting, khususnya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pasar yang semakin sadar akan produk yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Penerapan prinsip halal industri dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk batik gentongan, memerlukan pemahaman dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan yang ada. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Peneliti dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga cara yaitu: wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi non partisipan dan dokumentasi, peneliti menggunakan beberapa langkah dalam menganalisis yaitu reduksi data, pengurangan data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui ketekunan peneliti dan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Bahan yang digunakan dalam batik gentongan alami dan halal, dengan pengolahan pewarnaan berulang dalam gentong. Penyimpanan dilakukan dengan menjaga kebersihan dan pemisahan produk halal dari non-halal. Pengemasan memperhatikan bahan yang sesuai untuk menjaga kehalalan. Pendistribusian memastikan pemisahan produk halal dan non-halal. Dalam penjualan, prinsip pemasaran syariah diterapkan dengan mengutamakan nilai religius dan etika.

Abstract
The batik industry plays a very important role in the culture and economy in Indonesia, including in Bangkalan Regency. Along with the development of this industry, attention to the halalness of products is becoming increasingly important, especially in meeting the needs of the market that is increasingly aware of products that comply with sharia principles. The application of halal industrial principles in various sectors, including batik gentongan, requires understanding and compliance with existing regulations. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Researchers in collecting data use three methods, namely: semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation and documentation, researchers use several steps in analyzing, namely data reduction, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions while checking the validity of the data is carried out through the persistence of researchers and triangulation of methods and data sources. The results of this study indicate that the materials used in batik gentongan are natural and halal, with repeated coloring processing in the barrel. Storage is carried out by maintaining cleanliness and separating halal products from non-halal. Packaging pays attention to appropriate materials to maintain halalness. Distribution ensures the separation of halal and non-halal products. In sales, the principles of sharia marketing are applied by prioritizing religious and ethical values.
