Abstract
This research analyzes the implementation of digital system in zakat management in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic law and national regulation. The utilization of digital technology such as zakat payment application, website, mobile banking, e-wallet, and QRIS has brought major changes in zakat governance. Digital systems make it easier for muzakki to pay zakat flexibly, quickly, and transparently, while improving the professionalism, accountability, and service reach of zakat institutions. The study also highlights key challenges, such as low digital literacy, public trust, and the habit of paying zakat directly to mustahik. This study recommends strengthening digital education, developing an easily accessible system, and increasing transparency and collaboration between zakat institutions and the government so that the potential of national zakat can be optimized and the benefits are more widely felt by the community.
