PERAN AKAD IJARAH DALAM PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRI HALAL: STUDI SEWA RUKO DI KOTA BENGKULU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran akad ijarah dalam pengembangan industri halal khususnya dalam konteks sewa menyewa ruko di Jalan Padat Karya. Akad ijarah, sebagai salah satu bentuk transaksi yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha halal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap pelaku usaha yang menyewa ruko di lokasi tersebut.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan akad ijarah memberikan kemudahan akses bagi pelaku industri halal dalam memperoleh tempat usaha, serta meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap produk halal. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah dalam pelaksanaan akad ijarah berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan usaha yang kondusif. Dengan demikian, akad ijarah memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pengembangan industri halal di Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of the ijarah contract in the development of the halal industry, particularly in the context of renting shophouses on Padat Karya Street. The ijarah contract, as a form of transaction that complies with sharia principles, is expected to contribute positively to the growth of halal businesses. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with interviews and observations of business actors who rent shophouses in the location. The results show that the implementation of the ijarah contract provides easy access for halal industry players in obtaining business premises, as well as increasing public trust in halal products. In addition, this study also found that compliance with sharia principles in the implementation of the ijarah contract plays an important role in creating a conducive business environment. Thus, the ijarah contract has a strategic role in supporting the development of the halal industry in Bengkulu City.
