PENYULUHAN HUKUM TENTANG BAHAYA NARKOTIKA BAGI SISWA SMA NEGERI 2 BANTAENG SEBAGAI UPAYA PENINGKATAN KESADARAN HUKUM GENERASI MUDA

Penyalahgunaan narkotika di kalangan remaja merupakan permasalahan serius yang mengancam generasi muda. Minimnya pemahaman mengenai dampak hukum dan Kesehatan menjadi salah satu faktor risiko meningkatnya penyalahgunaan narkotika di lingkungan sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran hukum siswa SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng melalui penyuluhan hukum tentang bahaya narkotika. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, diskusi, serta evaluasi kuantitaf melalui pre-test dan post-test terhadap 20 siswa. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan  rata-rata nilai pemahaman siswa dari 56,4 menjadi 84,7 atau meningkat sebesar 28,3 poin (50,17%) dengan gain score 0,65 (kategori sedang-tinggi). Kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman hukum dan kesadaran preventif siswa terhadap bahaya narkotikasiswa terkait bahaya narkotika.

Abstract

Drug abuse among adolescents is a serious problem that threatens the younger generation. A lack of understanding of the legal and health impacts is a risk factor for increasing drug abuse in schools. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase legal awareness among students at SMA Negeri 2 Bantaeng through legal counseling on the dangers of narcotics. The methods used were interactive lectures, discussions, and quantitative evaluation through pre- and post-tests with 20 students. The results showed a significant increase in the average student understanding score from 56.4 to 84.7, an increase of 28.3 points (50.17%), with a gain score of 0.65 (medium-high category). This activity was effective in increasing students' legal understanding and preventive awareness of the dangers of narcotics.
