GAMOPHOBIA DIKALANGAN GEN-Z AKIBAT MARAKNYA KASUS PERSELINGKUHAN SELEBGARAM

Abstrak
Perselingkuhan merupakan salah satu perbuatan yang sangat merugikan. Akhir-akhir ini marak kasus perselingkuhan yang terjadi terutama di social media pada kalangan selebgram. Seperti Via Agassani, Ira Nandha, Nabila Tarmuzi Alaydrus dan Hanum Mega. Berdasarkan kasus tersebut, kemudian banyak gen-z yang mengalami gamophobia. Maka benar adanya bahwa perselingkuhan secara fakta sosial membawa dampak negatif terhadap seseorang yang hendak ingin memulai berkomitmen dengan pasangannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian hukum empiris (field research). Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua sumber. Pertama, sumber data primer yaitu gen-z. Kedua, sumber data sekunder yaitu beberapa artikel yang menjadi refrensi dari artikel yang sedang ditulis. Hasil dari pembahasan, pertama, penyebab gen-z mengalami gamophobia terhadap pernikahan adalah karena maraknya kasus perselingkuhan yang terjadi di social media. Selain dari perselingkuhan, phobia terhadap komitmen dan pernikahan disebabkan oleh Domestic violence atau kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT). Kedua, Ada beberapa cara untuk mengatasi gamophobia, salah satunya adalah melakukan Mindfulness training. Latihan mindfulness telah terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi stres, kecemasan, dan depresi. Hal ini dapat memberikan generasi Z upaya untuk mengatasi tekanan dan stres yang individu hadapi, serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental.

Abstract
Infidelity is one of the most harmful acts. Recently, there have been many cases of infidelity, especially on social media among celebrities. Examples include Via Agassani, Ira Nandha, Nabila Tarmuzi Alaydrus, and Hanum Mega. Based on these cases, many Gen-Z individuals have experienced gamophobia. Therefore, it is true that infidelity, as a social phenomenon, has a negative impact on someone who wants to commit to their partner. The type of research used in this study is empirical legal research (field research). There are two sources of data used in this study First, primary data sources, namely Gen-Z individuals. Second, secondary data sources, namely several articles that serve as references for the article being written. The results of the discussion are as follows: first, the cause of Gen-Z's gamophobia towards marriage is the prevalence of infidelity cases on social media. In addition to infidelity, phobia towards commitment and marriage is caused by domestic violence or domestic abuse (KDRT). Second, there are several ways to overcome gamophobia, one of which is through mindfulness training. Mindfulness training has been proven effective in reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. This can provide Generation Z with the means to cope with the pressure and stress individuals face, as well as improve mental well-being.
