FUNGSI MANAJEMEN PELATIHAN DAKWAH DI LEMBAGA MUSLIMAH DPD WAHDAH ISLAMIYAH JENEPONTO
Abstract
This study aims to troroughly examine the management functions of dakwah training implemented by the Muslmimah DPD Wahdah Islamiyah Jeneponto. The focus of the study covers five main menegement functions: planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating in teh context of dakwah training. Additionally, the study identifies the internal strengths of the institution as key factors determining the sustainability and effectiveness of the dakwah activies conducted. The research amploys a qualitative of in-depth data through observations, interviews, and documentation.
The result reveal that planning function is carefully carried out throught various activities, icluding sending permission latters to relevant regions, registering treining participants, coordinating with instructors of murobbiah, forming participant groups, selecting speakers, scheduling, determining venues and budgeting. The organizing function is managed by the Human Resource Development unit (PSDM), responsible for coordinating the work units involved in training. The training implementation losts for two days, divided into 6-7 sessions presenting 4-5 core materials. Supervisionis actively conducted by monitoring the tasks and responbilities of each committe member, providing guidance to participants, and maintraining communicationamong the conducted throughout the event. Evaluation is conducted by involving trained da’iyah in subsequent dakwah activities as follow-up and succes measurement.
Moreover, the study finds that the internall strengths of the instution play a significant role in supporting the sustainability of dakwah efforts. The members and cadres with strong enthusiasm for promoting dakwah and spreading the correct religious teachings constitute the instution’s main asset. Human resources thus become a crucial element in determining the effectiveness and success of the organization’s dakwah goals. This research contributes valuable insight into the effective management of dakwag training and highlights the vital role of human resources in strengtening the mission of religious institutions.
