Strategi Dakwah Bil-Lisan Jamaah Tabligh Dalam Upaya Memakmurkan Masjid Besar Nurul Iman Di Kelurahan Empoang Kecamatan Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto
Abstract
This thesis discusses the bil-lisan (oral) da'wah strategy of Jamaah Tabligh in an effort to prosper and enliven the Great Nurul Iman Mosque in Empoang Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of bil-lisan da'wah strategies used by Jamaah Tabligh and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of these strategies. This study employed a qualitative research method with a da'wah management approach. The data sources consisted of members of Jamaah Tabligh, administrators of the Great Nurul Iman Mosque, and community leaders. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the bil-lisan da'wah strategies used by Jamaah Tabligh include delivering bayan (religious sermons) in the mosque, conducting jaulah (door-to-door visits), organizing ta’lim wa ta’allum activities, and holding deliberations (musyawarah) as part of da'wah planning. Supporting factors in the implementation of bil-lisan da'wah include support from religious leaders and the community, as well as the availability of the mosque as a center for da'wah activities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include the lack of awareness among some community members, people’s work-related busyness, and negative perceptions toward Jamaah Tabligh. The implication of this study is that the bil-lisan da'wah strategy of Jamaah Tabligh plays an important role in increasing religious awareness among the community and in prospering the mosque through various da'wah activities that encourage community participation in congregational prayers, religious study circles, and other religious activities.
