Strategi UKM Lembaga Dakwah Kampus Al Jami’ Dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar
Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of strategies by the Al Jami’ Campus Da’wah Organization in improving the competencies of students at UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research employs a qualitative approach with a field research design. The data sources include the chairman, five department coordinators, one murobbiyah, and active students participating in the organization’s programs. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review, and analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the strategies consist of four stages: planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. These strategies are realized through various programs such as cadre recruitment, halaqah tarbiyah, weekly studies, da’i training, and literacy activities. The implementation of these strategies has proven effective in enhancing students’ competencies in Islamic knowledge, leadership, and da’wah communication. Institutional support and active student participation are key factors for success.
