This study employs a library research approach with the aim of examining the typology of leadership in Islam and building an ideal leadership style based on the teachings of the Qur'an and Hadith. Data were collected through the analysis of various sources, such as books, academic journals, and relevant websites. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive approach, which included identifying research topics and focus, collecting relevant data, categorizing information, presenting data in a structured manner, contextual analysis, and drawing conclusions. In the Islamic perspective, leadership is an activity of guiding and influencing individuals or groups so that they move toward goals aligned with the values of Islamic law (sharia). Ideal leadership in Islam refers to the exemplary qualities of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), namely honesty (shiddiq), trustworthiness (amanah), effective communication (tabligh), and intelligence (fathanah). Thus, leadership from an Islamic perspective emphasizes the role of leaders as guides and influencers grounded in the values of Sharia, with ideal character reflected in the traits of shiddiq, amanah, tabligh, and fathanah as the main foundation for realizing effective and moral leadership.
