This study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational activity and student motivation and learning outcomes at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training at UIN Alauddin Makassar. The background of the study stems from the reality that students who participate in campus organizations usually find it difficult to balance their organizational responsibilities and academic success. In order to collect data for this quantitative study, questionnaires and GPA records were employed. To create the sample, 81 students were selected at random from a population of 421 student organization board members. The results showed that organizational activity had a significant effect on learning motivation but not on learning outcomes (GPA). The emotive domain is more affected by organizational involvement than the cognitive domain.
