RECRUITMENT, SELECTION, ORIENTATION, AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM OF HUMAN RESOURCES

This paper is prepared with the aim of examining and providing an understanding of the recruitment, selection, orientation, and placement system of human resources. This study employs a qualitative approach, with data obtained through various literature reviews relevant to the research theme. The data collection process focuses on the use of secondary data sourced from various references, such as books, scientific articles, journals, and information obtained through the internet. The collected data are then processed and analyzed comprehensively using a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that a successful recruitment process is inseparable from structured planning to identify organizational needs, supported by appropriate strategies to attract suitable candidates. The selection stage is carried out by utilizing valid and objective evaluation instruments to ensure that the individuals selected best meet the job criteria. Meanwhile, effective orientation and placement are key factors in helping new employees adapt to organizational culture while carrying out their roles optimally. Proper placement will prevent role mismatch, enhance work effectiveness, and support the achievement of optimal organizational performance.
