Keywords:
Human Resource Training, Human Resource Development, Human Resource ManagementAbstract
Human resource training and development constitute strategic components in enhancing the quality and sustainability of educational institutions. The challenges posed by globalization, rapid technological advancement, and evolving educational policies require educational institutions to employ professional, adaptive, and competitive educators and educational personnel. This study aims to examine the concepts, objectives, types, processes, and maintenance strategies of human resource training and development within educational institutions. The research employed a literature review method by analyzing relevant scholarly sources, including books, peer-reviewed journal articles, and academic publications published within the last ten years. The findings indicate that training plays a vital role in improving the technical and pedagogical competencies of human resources, while human resource development focuses on strengthening long-term capacity, professional attitudes, and organizational work culture. Furthermore, the effectiveness of human resource training and development is highly dependent on systematic implementation processes, the selection of appropriate approaches, and sustainable employee maintenance strategies, including the enhancement of employee welfare, career management, and the creation of a supportive work environment. Therefore, human resource training and development should be continuously integrated into the strategic policies of educational institutions to improve the quality of educational services and achieve institutional goals.
