This study aimed to examine the effect of finger painting as a learning medium on the development of fine motor skills and creativity among early childhood learners at TK Nurul Aqidah, Takalar Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach using an ex post facto research design. The participants consisted of 15 kindergarten students. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation. The research instruments included observation guidelines, test sheets, and documentation records. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings revealed that finger painting learning media had a strong relationship with children's fine motor skill development. This was evidenced by a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.983. The coefficient of determination indicated that finger painting contributed 96.6% to children's fine motor skill achievement, with the majority of participants classified in the moderate (53.3%) and high (13.3%) categories. Furthermore, finger painting also demonstrated a strong relationship with children's creativity, as indicated by a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05) and a correlation coefficient of 0.984. The activity contributed 96.8% to children's creativity, with most participants likewise falling into the moderate (53.3%) and high (13.3%) creativity categories. Overall, finger painting learning media was empirically proven to be an effective dual-stimulation instructional tool that simultaneously enhances children's fine motor development and creative artistic expression. The findings also imply that TK Nurul Aqidah, Takalar Regency, plays a strategic role as an educational institution that provides an environment conducive to the development and implementation of innovative learning media.
