This article examines the role of managerial supervision in achieving effective school management. The study employs a qualitative approach by collecting data, which are subsequently reduced, presented, and interpreted. Data were collected through document analysis of various relevant sources and literature. This technique was employed to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the implementation of managerial supervision and its contribution to improving the quality of school management. The collected data were systematically analyzed to describe the implementation of managerial supervision, the development and guidance processes, and the follow-up actions undertaken to support improvements in the management of educational institutions. The findings indicate that managerial supervision plays a strategic role in enhancing the effectiveness of school management. Through supervision, schools can identify weaknesses as well as opportunities for development, improve learning standards, and maintain administrative efficiency. Managerial supervision also assists school principals and educational personnel in identifying various management problems, determining appropriate improvement measures, and optimizing the utilization of available resources. These processes encourage the development of school management that is more focused, systematic, and sustainable. Thus, managerial supervision serves as an effective instrument for improving the quality of education while guiding schools toward better conditions. The implementation of supervision in a planned, objective, and continuous manner can strengthen school governance and support the achievement of educational goals optimally.
