Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript Preparation

General Requirements

  • Original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere
  • Word count: 6,000-8,000 words (including references)
  • Language: English or Indonesian (English preferred for wider reach)
  • Format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt, double-spaced
  • Margins: 2.5cm on all sides

Manuscript Structure

  1. Title Page
    • Descriptive title (maximum 15 words)
    • Author names and affiliations
    • Corresponding author contact information
    • ORCID IDs for all authors
  2. Abstract
    • 250-300 words
    • Structured format: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions
    • Available in both English and Indonesian
  3. Keywords
    • 5-7 keywords
    • Use established terminology from relevant fields
  4. Main Text
    • Introduction
    • Literature Review/Theoretical Framework
    • Methodology (if applicable)
    • Analysis/Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • Policy Implications (recommended)
  5. References
    • APA 7th edition style
    • Minimum 30 references
    • At least 60% from last 10 years
    • Include diverse geographic perspectives

2. Submission Requirements

  • Cover letter explaining manuscript's contribution
  • Author biography (100 words per author)
  • Conflict of interest declaration
  • Funding acknowledgment (if applicable)
  • Ethics approval documentation (for empirical research)

3. Special Considerations for Student Authors

  • Faculty co-author encouraged but not required
  • Mentorship support available throughout process
  • Extended revision periods available upon request
  • Professional development opportunities provided
