Publication Frequency

ELSTICS_IJ publishes three issues a year. Every article in them has passed a rigorous selection and double-blind peer review. Issue 1 January-April, Issue 2 May- August, Issue 3, September-December.

How articles are selected
Only manuscripts that pass every stage are published.
1 Editorial screening
The editors check each submission for fit with the journal's aims and scope, originality, and compliance with the author guidelines.
2 Double-blind peer review
Expert reviewers assess manuscripts that pass screening. Authors and reviewers do not know each other's identities.
3 Revision
Authors revise their manuscripts in response to the reviewers' and editors' comments.
4 Final decision and publication
The editors make the final decision. Accepted articles are copyedited, laid out, and published in the next available issue.

All articles are published in open access under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) license and are free to read and download as soon as they are published.
