Gambaran Faktor Psikososial Terhadap Kinerja Pada Petugas Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi Kota Makassar

Faktor psikososial telah menjadi perhatian utama dalam kesehatan kerja. Perubahan yang terjadi di dalam pasar tenaga kerja yaitu globalisasi meningkat, kompetisi, fleksibilitas, dan bentuk baru organisasi kerja. Faktor psikososial memilki urgensi tersendiri untuk memperoleh perhatian khusus berkaitan dengan produktifitas dan kinerja petugas kesehatan yang bertugasdi puskesmas.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran faktor psikososial terhadap kinerja pada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi Kota Makassar.Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif bersifatdeskriptif dengan populasi seluruh petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi Kota Makassar sebanyak 55 orang dengan menggunakan pengambilan sampel secara Total Sampling. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara univariat, dan bivariat.Hasil analisa data, menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas petugas kesehatan Puskesmas Kassi-Kassi Kota Makassar mengalami stres berat sebanyak 50.9%, beban berat sebanyak 65.5%, dan lelah ringan sebanyak 67.3% dengan kualitas kinerja baik secara optimal. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa petugas kesehatan mengalami faktor psikososial yang berdampak terhadap kinerja dalam bentuk positif, dan untuk menghasilkan kinerja yang baik perlu diciptakan lingkungan psikososial agar individu merasa nyaman berada dalam kelompok dan organisasinya, menunjukkan, produktifitas tinggi serta peningkatan mutu pekerjaan.
