About the Journal
HIGIENE: Environmental Health Journal is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Department of Public Health, Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar, Indonesia. The journal publishes original research and scholarly works addressing environmental determinants of human health, including environmental exposure, environmental toxicology, environmental epidemiology, health risk assessment, water and sanitation, food and environmental safety, occupational and environmental health, and other emerging issues in environmental health. HIGIENE aims to advance scientific evidence and knowledge that support the prevention, assessment, and management of environmental health risks.
