Foreign debt is an important instrument in supporting a country's economy, especially for developing countries. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence Indonesia's Foreign Debt in 2005-2024. Several factors include Tax Ratio, Inflation and Foreign Investment. The method used is quantitative by utilizing secondary data obtained from Bank Indonesia and world banks. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression through the eviews 12 program. The results in this research were that Tax Ratio and foreign investment had a significant effect on foreign debt, while inflation had no effect on Indonesia's foreign debt. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for the government in making decisions or policies regarding Indonesia's foreign debt.
