Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • Penyerahan belum diterbitkan sebelumnya, atau sedang dalam pertimbangan jurnal lain (atau sebuah penjelasan belum disediakan dalam komentar kepada editor).
  • File naskah dalam format file dokumen OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, atau WordPerfect.
  • Ketika tersedia, URLs untuk referensi telah disediakan.
  • Teks 1 spasi; font 12; italic; tidak digaribawahi (kecuali alamat URL); dan semua ilustrasi, figur, dan tabel yang ditempatkan di dalam teks pada poin yang tepat, jangan di akhir.
  • Teks yang mematuhi persyaratan mengenai perpustakaan dan gaya bahasa digambarkan secara garis besar di Petunjuk Penulis, yang akan ditemukan dalam halaman Tentang Kami.
  • Jika penerimaan untuk bagian peer-review dari jurnal, instruksinya terdapat di Memastikan Reviewer Anonim telah diikuti.

Author Guidelines

The journal publishes manuscripts written both in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Manuscripts submitted for publication must be original contributions. They should not have been previously published or under consideration by any other publisher. Only under special circumstances will the Editorial Team consider republishing specific papers already published elsewhere (with due copyright permission) if such papers are deemed worthy of wider circulation, and at the request of the author.

  1. All manuscripts submitted to the journal must through similarity checker Plagiarism Checker. The task will be taken by an editor.
  2. As author(s), you should firstly download the journal template HERE as it can help you to follow the journal layout.
  3. Before submitting your papers, please register HERE to get your author account. You might then follow the "How to Submit Paper" workflows or watching this video "How to Submit Paper to Jurisprudentie : Jurusan Ilmu Hukum Fakultas Syariah dan Hukum"
  4. Once you finished submitting the manuscripts, you might log out from your author account. You may often check your paper's status through your author account.
  5. Regarding the bibliography/references, the journal applies APA Style. Therefore, we hope author(s) concern on it. In addition, it is fully suggested for author(s) to use reference manager tools such as    

 

Copyright Notice

Once an article was published in the journal, the author(s) are:

  • to retain copyright and grant to the journal right licensed under Creative Commons License Attribution that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship.
  • permitted to publish their work online in third parties as it can lead wider dissemination of the work, with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal
  • continue to be the copyright owner and allow the journal to publish the article with the CC BY-NC-SA license
  • receiving a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) of the work.
