ANALISIS PENERAPAN KEPATUHAN SYARIAH (SHARIA COMPLIANCE) PADA PROSES PRODUKSI RUMAH POTONG HEWAN (RPH) KASANG KOTA KARANG DI KECAMATAN KUMPEH ULU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan kriteria halal yang sesuai dengan kepatuhan syariah pada proses produksi rumah potong hewan Kasang Kota Karang, kendala apa yang dihadapi rumah potong hewan dalam penerapan kriteria halal dan strategi apa yang digunakan dalam menjaga konsistensi kepatuhan syariah rumah potong hewan Kasang Kota Karang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara prosedur produksi pada rumah potong hewan Kasang kota Karang sudah sesuai dengan kriteria halal yang sesuai dengan kepatuhan syariah. Namun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti, kurangnya kesadaran karyawan, kebersihan sanitasi, fasilitas pendukung, dan pengawasan. Adapun strategi yang dapat pemilik rumah potong hewan dapat lakukan yaitu dengan meningkatkan kesadaran para karyawan, meningkatkan standar kebersihan, menambah fasilitas pendukung, dan meningkatkan pengawasan dan evaluasi.

Abstract
This study aims to determine how to application of halal criteria in accordance with sharia compliance in the production process with the Kasang slaughterhouse in Karang Kota Karang, what obstacles the slaughterhouse faces in applying halal criteria and what strategies are used in maintaining the consistency of sharia compliance of the Kasang Kota Karang slaughterhouse. This research uses descriptive qualitative trough interviews, observation and documentation. The result showed that the production procedures at the Kasang Kota Karang were in accordance with halal criteria in accordance with sharia compliance. However, there are several obstacles such as sanitation hygiene that still lacking attention, lack of employee awareness, lack of supporting facilities, and lack of supervision. At the strategy that slaughterhouse owners can do is to increase employee awareness, improve hygiene standards, add supporting facilities, and increase supervision and evaluation.
