TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP SISTEM KERJASAMA ANTARA KELOMPOK TANI DENGAN BADAN PENYULUH PERTANIAN DI DESA BORONG KECAMATAN HERLANG KABUPATEN BULUKUMBA

Sistem kerjasama antara kelompok tani dengan badan penyuluh pertanian merupakan sistem kerjasama yang terdiri atas bagian-bagian aturan  yang saling mempengaruhi dan saling bekerja sama untuk mencapa suatu tujuan. Sistem kerjasama ini dapat dilakukan secara efektif jika mampu menampilkan karakteristik tertentu yang membedakannya dengan sistem yang lain. Rumusan masalah yatu: Bagamana sistem kerjasama yang dilakukan antara kelompok tani dengan badan penyuluh pertanian di Desa borong dan Bagamana ketentuan hukum islam terhadap sistem kerjasama antara kelompok tani dengan badan penyuluh pertanian didesa borong kecamatan herlang kabupaten bulukumba. penelitian merupakan Jenis penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sistem kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh kelompok tani di desa borong kecamatan herlang dengan badan penyuluh pertanian dilakukan melalui beberapa proses. prosesnya diawali dengan pertemuan antara pihak yang terlibat dengan kerjasama. Hal ini untuk menemukan kesepakatan bersama dengan terlebih dahulu dengan membicarakan setiap hal-hal yang penting dalam menjalin kerjasama. Sedangkan sistem kerjasama antara kelompok tani dengan badan penyuluh pertanian belum sepenuhnya memenuhi hukum islam, karena ada beberapa masyarakat yang tidak amanah dalam proses kerjasama itu berlangsung. Kepada masyarakat agar lebih memeperhatikan aturan-aturan dalam proses kerjasama tersebut agar tidak bertolak belakang dengan hukum islam.

Abstract

The system of cooperation between farmer groups and agricultural extension agencies is an isama work system consisting of atas bagian-bagian the rules of yang saling affect dan saling working with sama to achieve certan goals. This work system can be implemented effectively if it is able to display certan characteristics that differentiate it from other systems. The formulation of the problem is: How can the work system be implemented to protect the Tani group by assisting the agricultural extension officers in wholesale design and how the provisions of Islamic law apply to the work system by protecting the Tani group by assisting the agricultural extension officers to be designed wholesale for the Kecamatan Herlang Regency, Bulukumba Regency. research is a type of field research (Field Research) using qualitative methods. data collection in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The work system that was carried out by the Tani group in the wholesale village of Herlang Sub-district with the assistance of other agricultural extension officers was carried out through several processes. the process begins with an initial meeting of the parties involved in the work. The am of this is to find agreement with each other first by discussing each of the important points in establishing cooperation. Meanwhile, the system of cooperation between farmer groups and agricultural extension agencies has not fully complied with Islamic law, because there are some people who are not trustworthy in the ongoing cooperation process. To the public to pay more attention to the rules in the cooperation process so that they do not contradict Islamic law.
