TINJAUAN HUKUM ISLAM TERHADAP SISTEM PEMBAGIAN UPAH TENAGA KERJA PADA CV. MUARA KITA DI KOTA MAKASSAR

Abstrak
Islam adalah sistem kehidupan universal yang mengatur semua aspek kehidupan manusia termasuk akidah, ibadah, akhlak dan muamalah. Dalam muamalah prinsip tolong-menolong dapat mencakup berbagai hal salah satunya ialah kerja sama antar manusia. Dalam sebuah kerja sama juga harus ada yang namanya toleransi antar sesama, salah satunya pada penggantian jumlah upah pekerja. Pokok permasalahan yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Tinjauan Ekonomi Syariah Terhadap Upah Tenaga Kerja Pada CV. Muara Kita dii Kota Makassar, yang dibagi menjadi: 1) Bagaimana sistem pembagian upah tenaga kerja pada CV. Muara Kita; 2) Bagaimana ketentuan hukum Islam terhadap sistem pembagian upah. tenaga kerja pada CV. Muara Kita. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif lapangan (field research). Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa Sistem penetapan upah yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan CV. Muara Kita kepada pekerja dibagi menjadi 2, yaitu sistem pembayaran upah bulanan yang diberikan kepada Manajer Marketing, Finance Manajer, Purchasing, administrasi, dan pegawai tetap. Dan Menurut hukum Islam tentang aplikasi pemberian upah pada tenaga kerja dii CV. Muara Kita, telah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam dari segi keadilan dalam pemberian upah. Di dalam perjanjian awal (akad) seharusnya dijelaskan secara mendetail mengenai penentuan jumlah upah dan ketetapan waktu pemberian upah. Hendaknya perusahaan tersebut dapat mengembangkan usaha agar ketetapan upah untuk pekerja tetap dan tidak tetap dapat sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum Islam dan ketentuan upah yang berlaku pada suatu wilayah.

Abstract
Islam is a universal life system that regulates all aspects of human life including faith, worship, morals and muamalah. In muamalah the principle of mutual help can cover a variety of things, one of which is cooperation between humans. In a cooperation there must also be tolerance between people, one of which is the replacement of the amount of workers' wages. The main problem that will be studied in this study is how the Islamic Economic Review of Labor Wages at CV. Muara Kita in Makassar City, which is divided into: 1) What is the wage distribution system for CV. Our Estuary; 2) What are the provisions of Islamic law regarding the wage distribution system. workforce at CV. Our Estuary. The type of research that will be used is descriptive qualitative field research. The process of collecting data is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the wage setting system set by the company CV. Muara Kita to workers is divided into 2, namely the monthly wage payment system given to Marketing Managers, Finance Managers, Purchasing, administration, and permanent employees. And according to Islamic law regarding the application of wages to workers in CV. Muara Kita, has complied with the provisions of Islamic law in terms of fairness in the provision of wages. In the initial agreement (akad) it should be explained in detail regarding the determination of the amount of wages and the stipulation of the time for giving wages. The company should be able to develop a business so that the determination of wages for permanent and non-permanent workers can comply with the provisions of Islamic law and the wage provisions that apply in an area.
