PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI BLOCKCHAIN DAN AI DALAM SISTEM PENJAMINAN PRODUK HALAL

Abstrack
Transformasi digital menjadi elemen penting dalam penguatan sistem penjaminan produk halal. Teknologi Blockchain dan Kecerdasan Buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) telah membawa paradigma baru dalam proses sertifikasi halal yang menuntut transparansi, efisiensi, dan keamanan data. Artikel ini membahas bagaimana penerapan teknologi tersebut, khususnya blockchain sebagai alat pencatat data terdesentralisasi, mampu memperkuat sistem kehalalan produk dari hulu ke hilir. Selain itu, integrasi AI dalam sistem informasi halal juga berkontribusi dalam automasi proses audit dan pengawasan, sekaligus meningkatkan responsivitas terhadap dinamika pasar halal global. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan blockchain dan AI berpotensi besar dalam membangun ekosistem halal yang terpercaya, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan infrastruktur, regulasi, dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract
Digital transformation is an important element in strengthening the halal product assurance system. Blockchain technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have brought a new paradigm in the halal certification process that demands transparency, efficiency and data security. This article discusses how the application of these technologies, especially blockchain as a decentralized data recording tool, can strengthen the halal product system from upstream to downstream. In addition, the integration of AI in the halal information system also contributes to the automation of the audit and supervision process, while increasing responsiveness to the dynamics of the global halal market. The findings show that the application of blockchain and AI has great potential in building a trusted halal ecosystem, although it still faces challenges in infrastructure, regulation, and human resource readiness.
