IMPLEMENTASI PRINSIP SHARIA CORPORATE GOVERANANCE DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BAITUL MAAL WAT TAMWIL (BMT) AL-AZHAAR KOTA LUBUK LINGGAU

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi prinsip Sharia Corporate Governance dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Al-Azhaar Kota Lubuk Linggau dan untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala implementasi prinsip Sharia Corporate Governance dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Al-Azhaar Kota Lubuk Linggau. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, serta mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa: (1) BMT Al-Azhaar telah menerapkan lima pilar utama SCG yaitu transparansi, akuntabilitas, tanggung jawab, independensi dan keadilan dalam aktivitas operasionalnya. Implementasi prinsip-prinsip tersebut memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, terutama dalam hal loyalitas terhadap organisasi, prestasi kerja, tanggung jawab, Nilai kejujuran, kerja sama tim (teamwork) dan disiplin kerja yang berorientasi pada nilai-nilai islami. (2) Beberapa kendala SCG, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM), sistem informasi dan teknologi yang belum optimal, keterbatasan pengawasan dan evaluasi internal, keterbatasan produk dan diversifikasi layanan, pengaruh struktur organisasi terhadap independensi, kurangnya sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada nasabah dan faktor eksternal dan dinamika persaingan.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Sharia Corporate Governance principles in improving the performance of employees of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Al-Azhaar in Lubuk Linggau City and to determine the obstacles to the implementation of Sharia Corporate Governance principles in improving the performance of employees of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Al-Azhaar in Lubuk Linggau City. This type of research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, and collects data through interviews, field observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis. The results of the study reveal that: (1) BMT Al-Azhaar has implemented the five main pillars of SCG, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness in its operational activities. The implementation of these principles has a positive impact on employee performance, especially in terms of loyalty to the organization, work performance, responsibility, honesty, teamwork and work discipline oriented towards Islamic values. (2) Several SCG constraints, such as limited human resources (HR), suboptimal information and technology systems, limited internal supervision and evaluation, limited product and service diversification, the influence of organizational structure on independence, lack of socialization and education for customers and external factors and competitive dynamics.growth in Indonesia.
