Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of production employees at PT Diamond Diaci Anugrah Jaya. The study employed a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 80 employees. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3. The results showed that work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.469, a t-statistic of 2.994, and a p-value of 0.001. Work motivation also had a positive and significant effect, with a path coefficient of 0.428, a t-statistic of 2.437, and a p-value of 0.008. The Adjusted R-Square value of 0.661 indicates that work discipline and work motivation explain 66.1% of the variation in employee performance. The f² values indicate a large effect of work discipline at 0.373 and a moderate effect of work motivation at 0.310. Thus, improving work discipline and motivation is necessary to support the performance of production employees.
