Dunia kerja merupakan tempat bagi seseorang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya pekerja bukan hanya laki-laki namun perempuan juga mempunyai hak untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Perempuan mempunyai hak untuk dilindungi khususnya dalam dunia kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akan hak yang dimiliki oleh pekerja perempuan dalam dunia kerja. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif (Normatif law research). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Undang-Undang (Statue approach), Pendekatan konseptual (Conceptual approach). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini hak bagi pekerja perempuan berkaitan dengan hak reproduksi seperti hak cuti haid, melahirkan dan menyusui. Bentuk implementasi terhadap pekerja disesuaikan dengan Undang-Undang yang telah mengatur akan hak bagi seorang pekerja. Dengan demikian perempuan berhak mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dan berhak atas bentuk implementasi terhadap haknya dalam bekerja. kepada pembentuk Undang-Undang perlu untuk membuat peraturan yang lebih spesifik terhadap pemenuhan hak pekerja perempuan. Kepada pemerintah hendaklah memberikan perlindungan hukum dan bentuk implementasi yang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.

Abstract

The world of work is a place for someone to fulfill their life needs. Workers are not only men but women also have the right to get a job. Women have the right to be protected, especially in the world of work. This research aims to find out about the rights possessed by female workers in the world of work. The type of research used in this research is normative law research. This research uses a statutory approach, conceptual approach. Based on the results of this study, the rights for women workers are related to reproductive rights such as the right to menstrual leave, childbirth and breastfeeding. The form of implementation for workers is adjusted to the law that has regulated the rights of a worker. Thus women are entitled to legal protection and are entitled to a form of implementation of their rights at work. to the legislators it is necessary to make more specific regulations on the fulfillment of the rights of women workers. The government should provide legal protection and forms of implementation in accordance with the laws and regulations.
