PERAN PEMBIAYAAN BPRS AL SALAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKOSISTEM INDUSTRI HALAL PADA UMKM DI DEPOK

Abstrak
Peran pembiayaan Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) Al Salam dalam mendukung pertumbuhan UMKM halal di Kota Depok. Banyak pelaku UMKM mengalami kesulitan mengakses pembiayaan dari bank konvensional karena sistem bunga yang tinggi. BPRS Al Salam hadir sebagai alternatif pembiayaan berbasis prinsip syariah seperti murabahah, mudharabah, danmusyarakah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap staf BPRS serta pelaku UMKM penerima pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan dari BPRS Al Salam memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan usaha, peningkatan kapasitas produksi, dan daya saing UMKM di sector halal. Selain pembiayaan, BPRS juga memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan yang membantu UMKM berkembang secara berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan berbasis syariah yang adil dan inklusif, BPRS Al Salam turut memperkuat ekosistem industry halal di tingkat lokal.

Abstract
The role of financing from the Al Salam Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS) in supporting the growth of halal MSMEs in Depok City. Many MSMEs have difficulty accessing financing from conventional banks due to the high interest system. BPRS Al Salam is present as an alternative financing based on sharia principles such as murabahah, mudharabah, and musyarakah. This study uses a qualitative approach with interview techniques, observation, and documentation of BPRS staff and MSMEs receiving financing. The results of the study show that financing from BPRS Al Salam has a positive impact on business growth, increased production capacity, and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the halal sector. In addition to financing, BPRS also provides education and assistance that helps MSMEs develop sustainably. With a fair and inclusive sharia-based approach, BPRS Al Salam also strengthens the halal industry ecosystem at the local level.
