DIGITALISASI EKONOMI ISLAM BERBASIS MAQĀṢID AL-SYARĪ‘AH: INTEGRASI ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DAN FINTECH SYARIAH DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KEADILAN EKONOMI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan fintech syariah dalam kerangka maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah sebagai upaya mewujudkan keadilan ekonomi dalam sistem keuangan Islam. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif melalui studi kepustakaan dan wawancara mendalam dengan para pakar ekonomi Islam serta praktisi fintech syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dalam ekosistem keuangan syariah berperan penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi sistem keuangan sekaligus memperluas inklusi keuangan berbasis nilai-nilai syariah. Integrasi AI dan fintech syariah juga berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian lima tujuan utama maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, yaitu perlindungan agama (ḥifẓ al-dīn), jiwa (ḥifẓ al-nafs), akal (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), keturunan (ḥifẓ al-nasl), dan harta (ḥifẓ al-māl). Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi ekonomi Islam tidak hanya berorientasi pada efisiensi teknologi, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai transformasi nilai yang mendukung terciptanya sistem ekonomi yang adil, etis, dan berkelanjutan sesuai prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Islamic financial technology (fintech) within the framework of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah to promote economic justice in the Islamic financial system. Using a qualitative-descriptive approach, the research employs literature review and in-depth interviews with Islamic economic experts and fintech practitioners. The findings reveal that the application of AI in Islamic finance significantly enhances efficiency, transparency, and system accuracy, while also expanding financial inclusion based on Sharia values. The integration of AI and Islamic fintech contributes to achieving the five core objectives of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah: protection of religion (ḥifẓ al-dīn), life (ḥifẓ al-nafs), intellect (ḥifẓ al-‘aql), lineage (ḥifẓ al-nasl), and wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl). This research concludes that the digitalization of the Islamic economy is not merely a technological advancement but also a value-driven transformation that supports the creation of a just, ethical, and sustainable economic system in accordance with Islamic principles.
