Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of Islamic financial literacy and religiosity on the interest in using online loans among employees of PT Padi Indonesia Maju, Serang Branch. Using a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis, 45 respondents were selected based on criteria: employed for at least one year and earning a fixed income above the regional minimum wage. This group was chosen to explore the relationship between financial literacy, religiosity, and online loan usage. Results show that Islamic financial literacy does not significantly influence interest in using online loans (t-value = 0.358 < t-table = 2.018; sig. = 0.722 > 0.05), thus H01 is accepted and H11 rejected. Religiosity also shows no significant influence (t-value = 0.137 < t-table = 2.018; sig. = 0.891 > 0.05), leading to the acceptance of H02 and rejection of H12. Simultaneously, Islamic financial literacy and religiosity have no significant joint influence (F-value = 0.107 < F-table = 3.22; sig. = 0.899 > 0.05), thus H0 is accepted and H1 rejected.
