Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in improving community welfare and supporting regional economic growth. UMKM Fadkey is a business producing traditional Bengkulu food and souvenirs such as bay tat, anak tat, onion crackers, peyek, and cookies. This community service activity aims to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in empowering UMKM Fadkey through the Community Service Program (KKN). The method used was the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach with descriptive qualitative methods through observation, documentation, and direct assistance. The results showed that supporting factors include product quality, local taste, family support, and market potential. Inhibiting factors include limited production equipment, labor shortages, and underutilization of digital marketing. The KKN program provided assistance through social media creation, promotional content, digital marketing education, and product packaging. This activity helped improve marketing and business competitiveness.
