Pengaruh Fear Of Missing Out (FoMO), Gaya Hidup, dan Literasi Keuangan Syariah Terhadap Perilaku Konsumtif Mahasiswa di Kota Palembang Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), gaya hidup, dan literasi keuangan syariah terhadap kebiasaan belanja mahasiswa di Kota Palembang dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada mahasiswa dan dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan belanja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,354. Gaya hidup juga memberi dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan belanja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,286. Selain itu, literasi keuangan syariah mempunyai dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan belanja dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,354. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,714 menunjukkan bahwa Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), gaya hidup, dan literasi keuangan syariah dapat menjelaskan kebiasaan belanja mahasiswa sebesar 71,4%, sementara sisanya sebesar 28,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar kajian. Dalam pandangan ekonomi Islam, kebiasaan konsumsi seharusnya dilakukan dengan bijak, menjauhi pemborosan (israf), dan memperhatikan prinsip-prinsip syariah dalam pengelolaan kekayaan.

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), lifestyle, and Islamic financial literacy on the shopping habits of college students in Palembang City from an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative approach. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to students and analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The results showed that Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) has a positive and significant impact on shopping habits with a coefficient value of 0.354. Lifestyle also has a positive and significant impact on shopping habits with a coefficient value of 0.286. In addition, Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on shopping habits with a coefficient value of 0.354. The R-Square value of 0.714 indicates that Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), lifestyle, and Islamic financial literacy can explain 71.4% of college students' shopping habits, while the remaining 28.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. From an Islamic economic perspective, consumption habits should be conducted wisely, avoiding waste (israf), and adhering to Sharia principles in wealth management.
