PERAN PENANAMAN MODAL DALAM NEGERI, PENANAMAN MODAL ASING, DAN BELANJA INFRASTRUKTUR DALAM MENDORONG PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI JAMBI

Abstrak
Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan indikator penting dalam pembangunan daerah. Perbedaan pertumbuhan ekonomi antar Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kemampuan daerah dalam mengelola faktor pendukung ekonomi, khususnya investasi dan pembangunan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran realisasi Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA), dan belanja infrastruktur dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi periode 2015–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data panel 11 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jambi. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi investasi dan belanja infrastruktur memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi daerah. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah daerah perlu memperkuat kebijakan investasi dan meningkatkan kualitas pembangunan infrastruktur agar pertumbuhan ekonomi dapat berlangsung secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract
Economic growth is an important indicator of regional development. Differences in economic growth among regencies/cities in Jambi Province indicate variations in regional capacity to manage economic supporting factors, particularly investment and infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze the role of Domestic Investment (PMDN), Foreign Investment (PMA), and infrastructure expenditure in promoting economic growth in regencies/cities of Jambi Province during 2015–2024. This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data from 11 regencies/cities in Jambi Province. The analysis applies panel data regression to examine the effect of independent variables on economic growth. The results show that investment realization and infrastructure expenditure play an important role in supporting regional economic activities. Therefore, local governments need to strengthen investment policies and improve infrastructure quality to achieve sustainable economic growth.
