Peer Review Process
The journal employs a double-blind peer review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential. The editor conducts an initial assessment to ensure the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and adheres to its submission guidelines. Submissions that do not meet these basic criteria may be declined at this stage. If the manuscript passes the initial screening, the editor assigns it to at least two independent experts in the relevant field for peer review. These reviewers evaluate the manuscript’s strengths and weaknesses and offer constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. The review process typically takes between five to eight weeks from the date of reviewer assignment. Throughout this process, the reviewers remain unaware of the authors' identities, affiliations, or any other personal information, ensuring an unbiased evaluation. After the review is complete, authors receive detailed comments and suggestions. When revisions are requested, authors are encouraged to address all concerns promptly and thoroughly to support a positive publication outcome.
Final Decision: Based on the reviewers' evaluations and the revised manuscript, the editor makes the final decision to accept, reject, or request further revisions. This decision, along with the reviewers’ comments, is communicated to the authors. The editorial team retains full authority over all final publication decisions.
