The revitalization of Bulukumba Mini Stadium faces the challenge of low thermal comfort and a high reliance on artificial ventilation in the local tropical-humid climate. This study aims to optimize building orientation and the application of a secondary skin on the facade as a bioclimatic design framework to improve the stadium's thermal performance. The methods used are field surveys/observations to assess site conditions, orientation, wind patterns, and existing buildings; interviews with managers/users; and secondary data collection through literature studies and precedent studies, which are then analyzed descriptively and synthesized into a facade design concept. The design results show that the north-south elongated mass, with light openings on the east side and air openings on the north-south facade, effectively supports cross-ventilation and reduces heat load. The application of a secondary skin in the form of metal elements such as aluminum sunscreen on the side with high radiation, combined with a semi-open roof, transitional spaces, vegetation, and local materials (wood, natural stone, glass), increases the facade's insulation ability and reduces the need for ventilation and artificial lighting. Thus, the design of the Bulukumba Mini Stadium demonstrates that optimizing orientation and secondary skin can be key strategies for implementing bioclimatic architecture in public sports facilities in humid tropical climates
