This study aims to examine the role of Sharia financial literacy in financial management among teachers at Muslimeen Suksa School in Thailand, in accordance with Sharia principles. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews (in-depth interviews), participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques employed included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data collection technique used to select informants was purposive sampling, which involves deliberately selecting subjects based on specific criteria relevant to the research objectives. The results indicate that financial literacy and personal financial management among teachers at Muslimeen Suksa School in Thailand are in accordance with Sharia principles. The teachers strive to apply Sharia financial literacy in their daily financial management, despite significant challenges, including the limited availability of Sharia-compliant financial products in Thailand and the reliance on a conventional interest-based banking system. As part of personal financial management, knowledge of Sharia finance is useful for financial decision-making, investment planning, and the management of zakat and sadaqah (alms). The study suggests that increasing knowledge of Islamic finance is crucial to improving the financial well-being of Muslim teachers in a Muslim-minority country, namely Thailand.
