Korelasi Antara Asupan Zat Gizi Makro dengan Jumlah Bakteri Komensal (Lactobacillus Spp. dan E. Coli) pada Feses Ibu Hamil

Abstrak

Asupan nutrisi selama kehamilan penting untuk kesehatan ibu dan janin, yang dipengaruhi oleh sistem pencernaan dan bakteri komensal. Kurangnya pemenuhan nutrisi dapat menyebabkan komplikasi serius, seperti bayi berat lahir rendah, stunting, hingga kematian maternal. Prevalensi kurang energi kronis pada ibu hamil di Indonesia mencapai 24,4%. Penelitian ini melihat korelasi antara asupan makronutrien dan keberadaan bakteri komensal dalam feses ibu hamil. Penelitian observasional deskriptif dengan desain cross-sectional dilakukan pada 22 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data asupan makronutrien dikumpulkan menggunakan recall 24 jam dan Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ). Sampel feses dikumpulkan secara mandiri dalam wadah steril, disimpan pada suhu 2-8°C, dan dianalisis di laboratorium HUMRC RS Universitas Hasanuddin dengan metode PCR dan dilakukan analisis uji korelasi Kendall's tau dengan SPSS versi 25. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 90,9% responden memiliki asupan karbohidrat yang tidak memadai, 86,3% asupan protein tidak cukup, dan 68,2% asupan lemak memadai, dan  95,4% memiliki asupan energi di bawah rekomendasi. E. coli lebih dominan ditemukan dibandingkan Lactobacillus spp. Kesimpulan penelitian ini tidak ditemukan korelasi antara asupan makronutrien dan jumlah bakteri komensal.
