Conflict of Interest Policy

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest ethical standards in scholarly publishing, ensuring integrity and transparency at every stage. Recognizing that conflicts of interest (COI) may undermine the credibility and fairness of research and publication, we have implemented the following guidelines for authors, reviewers, editors, and all parties involved:

Authors

All submitting authors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal relationships that could be perceived as influencing their work. A COI statement must be included upon submission, detailing relevant affiliations or competing interests. The required format can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BMU4l0vfKpj05sGLMXDe-a4vWY_41ceF/edit

Reviewers

Peer reviewers must declare any conflicts of interest that could compromise their impartial assessment. If a reviewer has a personal, financial, or professional connection to the manuscript, they should decline the review to ensure objectivity.

Editors

Editors and editorial board members must avoid handling manuscripts where they have a competing interest. If a conflict arises, they must recuse themselves, and decisions will be made transparently to uphold fairness and credibility.

Transparency & Management

Disclosed conflicts of interest will be published alongside accepted manuscripts or noted editorially as needed. Our policies ensure that COIs are managed appropriately to safeguard the integrity of the publication process.
