About the Journal

EkoRegion is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that aims to disseminate research findings and scholarly perspectives in the fields of regional, urban, and rural planning; agropolitan area development, agriculture, and agro-industry; as well as regional and rural environmental and economic studies.

The journal's scope includes regional and spatial planning, rural development, rural–urban linkages, the application of geospatial technologies, agribusiness and supply chain management, farming and agro-industry management, regional economics and natural resource management, environmental impact assessment, and sustainable development policies. The journal also welcomes interdisciplinary studies employing multi-methodological approaches.

EkoRegion is published three times a year and employs a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the quality and academic integrity of its publications.
