This study aims to analyze the effect of Minimum Wage, Human Development Index (HDI), and Unemployment Rate on Income Inequality in DKI Jakarta during the period 2005–2025. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary time series data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and other relevant institutions. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with the assistance of EViews 13 software. The results show that the Minimum Wage has a positive and significant effect on income inequality (p=0.0486), while the Human Development Index has a negative and insignificant effect (p=0.9393), and the Unemployment Rate also has a negative and insignificant effect (p=0.5020) on income inequality. Simultaneously, the independent variables influence income inequality in DKI Jakarta. The regression model produces an R² value indicating that variations in income inequality can be explained by the independent variables included in the model. The findings suggest that increases in minimum wages tend to be more beneficial to formal-sector workers, thereby potentially widening income disparities. Meanwhile, improvements in human development and changes in unemployment rates have not yet significantly contributed to reducing income inequality. Therefore, the government is recommended to formulate a more equitable wage policy, improve the quality of human resources through education and health services, and expand employment opportunities to achieve a more balanced income distribution in DKI Jakarta.
